In 1983, Songmen Refrigeration Plant was established. The refrigeration storage is located in 400m air-raid shelter, also known as “Yandong Refrigeration Plant”. 
In 1993, Songmen Refrigeration Plant was renamed as Zhejiang Taizhou Haierbao Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. 
In 1999, Taizhou Tianhe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. was set up. 
In 2000, Hubei Jingzhou Tianhe Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. was founded. 
In 2010, the new plant with an area of 141mu and building area of 100,000 square meters started construction.
